Know that as a photographer of the show, my initial goal was to capture people's feelings.
I took more of the model's faces than the whole gown or more of the guests than the models on the runway.
Also, we, the photographers of that night positioned ourselves strategically at the stage, back stage, by the refreshments and I stationed myself most of the time by the Red Carpet. =)

I am extremely thankful to those who asked for my business card that night. Know that I am still holding on to the joys of being a newbie photographer. Being one of the rare roses in the field of tulips...I am taking things slow and so will be a little conservative of my shoots. I still have a few things to iron out and a photobook to print/publish so I could formally push myself to another level in photography.
For now, enjoy the photos and purchase some so I can hopefully buy new lens (yupyup!).
